Paul Levine
CA, CA•IFA, CBV, CFE Paul Levine recently joined Navigant Consulting as a managing director, having spent the last 20 years of his practice in a major national and international accounting firm in the fields of forensic accounting, damage quantification and business valuation. He has a wealth of experience in testifying before the Canadian Courts as an expert witness and in conducting major fraud investigations and litigation support mandates throughout Quebec, Canada and overseas. Mr. Levine has served on the Bureau of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec and is the current Chair of the Liaison Committee of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. |
André Lepage
CA, CA•IFA, CFE André Lepage has a wealth of experience in forensic accounting and investigations. He was, for many years, the partner in charge of the forensic accounting department of one of the largest international firms of chartered accountants. In addition, he has nine years of experience as a Director of Special Investigations, with a federal police force. He is one of the few professionals in his field of specialization to have expertise both in police investigation and accounting. He is specialized in financial investigations, risk assessment in connection with fraud, and in the preparation of expert reports related to the quantification of economic damages. His clientele includes of both private and public organizations as well as the most important law firms in Canada. Most of his assignments are in the area of quantification of damages sustained in connection with a litigation. On many occasions, he has been called upon to serve as an expert witness before the Court, where his reputation is already well established. |

Guylaine Leclerc
FCA, CA•IFA, CFE Guylaine Leclerc, President and Founder of Leclerc Forensic Accountants, holds a solid experience in the practice of forensic accounting in the context of civil, commercial and criminal cases. To that effect, she has carried out numerous significant assignments on a national and international scale.Throughout the past fifteen years, she has worked in close collaboration with all major police forces in Quebec and in Canada. She has acted on many occasions as an expert in major cases involving civil and commercial litigations. As such, she was called several times to serve as an expert witness before the Canadian Courts. Mrs. Leclerc was one of the founding members of the Alliance for Excellence in Investigative and Forensic Accounting (CA•IFA) of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. She was awarded the prestigious designation of Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) by the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec in 2004, in recognition of her efforts dedicated to the development of the profession. |
