LECLERC JURICOMPTABLES JOINS FORCES WITH NAVIGANT CONSULTING

QUEBEC CITY, February 1st, 2007 – Leclerc Juricomptables, the leading forensic accounting and investigations firm in the Province of Quebec, with offices in Quebec City, Montreal, and Ottawa, has joined forces with Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:NCI), an international consulting firm, and Canada’s leading forensic and investigative accounting practice.

The Leclerc Juricomptables service offerings are a solid match with those offered by the Dispute, Investigative and Regulatory Practices Group at Navigant Consulting. Like Navigant Consulting, Leclerc Juricomptables is an independent consulting firm that does not offer audit services, which often lead to conflicts of interest.
