Our professionals are well-known in the world of forensic accounting, having acted as both speakers and trainers in many seminars and important training programs.

Guylaine Leclerc, Senior Partner, is frequently invited as a guest speaker at national and international conferences. She was appointed a member of the Organizing Committee of the International Money Laundering Conference held in Montreal in the fall 2001. Mrs Leclerc has written a number of articles on fraud, money laundering and forensic accounting which appeared in specialized magazines. Her publications were recognized through the granting of several awards such as the Walter J. Macdonald and the Kenneth R. Wilson Awards. She is also the co-author of a study covering Canada on the role of forensic accounting in money laundering investigations. Finally, Mrs Leclerc has been awarded several distinctions for her work in the business community and, as an expert, she is regularly invited on radio and television programs concerning public affairs.

Alain Lajoie, Senior Partner, is a chartered accountant (CA) well-known in the field of investigative and forensic accounting. Many medias, such as Le Journal Les Affaires, contact him on a regular basis to ask his opinion on current topics in the field of forensic accounting. His expertise in the loss quantification and in business valuation has been requested on many occasions by the Quebec Bar Association for the training of their members. Among his clients, Mr. Lajoie includes several large multinational corporations.

André Lepage, Senior Partner, is a renowned investigative and forensic accountant across Canada. He is one of the few in the field with both a police and accounting background. André has been quoted in numerous newspapers and magazine articles which include The Montreal Gazette, The Vancouver Sun, The Hamilton Spectator, La Presse, Le Devoir, Le Journal de Montréal, Les Affaires, Le Monde Juridique, le Journal du Barreau, Commerce, PME, Les carrières de la comptabilité, Connexion Affaires Laval and the CA Magazine. He has been interviewed many times on the radio. Mr. Lepage has been guest speaker at many major companies and organizations as well as in several conferences and seminars. André also teaches forensic accounting and fraud investigation as part of the continuing education program of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec as well as Corporate Fraud and Fraud in the Financial Statements at McGill University – Directors Education Program and at the Collège des administrateurs de l’Université Laval.
